There is no way in hell I’m using a pressure washer on any of my bikes! I would also water down the degreasers 10/1 before applying to any part of my bike.

Washing is enjoyment when you have 3 things: backyard, water hose and bike stand. But while living in appartment I don't have an option of using pressure sprayer and bike stand when outside, and I don't have a car to carry all that stuff somewhere.

The smart move is buy a alu frame or 2nd hand carbon frame (good condition) then slap some compo you like to it. It is more cost effective and let you pick the bits you really like.

Strange how after the first bike the uphill part on the rest of the bikes looked really bumpy ?? Makes me think you blew the comparison by not having a 29er hard tail with good lock out shocks. And the new best racer versions of the prefered model has a tiny rear shock..

Now I know that this is marketing disguised as something else. In couple of years they will advice you to return to 175 or even better to 177mm cranks. Psychologically you will feel your bike is better. In physical world, nothing will change. At the end, just imagine an industry that took 3 decades to shorten the cranks!

Being a heavier rider at 6',2" and 250 lbs, I got the chromoly RSD Middle-Child. Same geometry as the Banshee Paradox and I didn't have to wait on a list for a year to get it. FANTASTIC frame. Mated with a bunch of parts I have accumulated over the years and I got a great bike. Suspension is fun but let's be honest, for most rides you are better off on a hardtail and do not really need full suspension. Makes you a better rider having a hardtail.

So the conclusion is that all of these are comfidence inspiring! 🤔
